  • 100 push-ups (any tempo)
  • 100 squats
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 5 min dead-hang or hold

Solar Ki Charge

10 min · sunrise
  • Stand barefoot, face the sun
  • Box breath 4-4-4-4 × 10
  • Visualize gold light filling chest
  • Hold tension head-to-toe for 30s, release

Cold Forge

3 min · morning
  • Cold shower or plunge
  • Long exhales through the nose
  • Stay until breath stabilizes

Final Flash Visualization

8 min · before sleep
  • Lie down, relax fully
  • Slow inhale 6s, hold 4s, exhale 8s
  • Imagine gold energy gathering in palms
  • Release it into tomorrow's intention
